Job security is so good then everybody love Genpact everybody say that "Genpact is govt job" it true

Management not good all process they are harassment work culture they not provide leaves. I was seeing the Genpact management cast system and nepotism is very highly level that no one growth and promotion easily in the Genpact salaries is very bad 😞 for me I am just started my career they not good provide me salary in 2022 but this time come new joiner salary so good and best LPA

There are large number of processes and it's an employee centric company. They have all kind of business.

Poor infrastructure, non ac cabs that too for one side only even basic amenities like tea coffee for employees is not available worst yearly hike in the market only 5-7% it's not worth it to join Genpact if you don't get wfh or hybrid

Bad hike cycle. Work will be appreciated but there isn't any reward for the same. Manager got no power over your promotion or hike and it's fixed hike formula is such that you won't get more than 7%.

Might be genpact is a good company, but I will work for client location nothing is happening on time. Without informing anything agents they change the project vertical, it's impacted on our AES parameters and it's been 17 th month I'm surviving here.. I didn't get my Promotion.

No proper or quick response from HR .. worst support system.. No proper project training but they expect to learn asap and get into handson. No proper facility to employees like say no proper cab facility, cafeteria food etc..

-Just 1 lakh insurance you would get ,and parents not covered, very pathetic than any CRM level 2 company.. -No night shift allowance -Paid cab for only one way -Horrible food and less options in cafeteria. A cafeteria without a single fruit juice counter for a 10 floor office -Mandate work from office -Heavy load in terms of work. You end up doing 2 people work -There is internal mandate skill development programme literally harming your career. Recent grouping in the team and an overall extreme increase of anti hate campagain towards hindi speakers and North Indians. Talent is only respected if you are a local person speaking the local language and you hang out with local people only for lunch.

I simply liked all of their acting performances while working in Genpact.

I completely disliked working there because of poor work-life balance, politics, senior employees always give all their work to me, and some of the seniors don't even send any emails per day. They still escape from management, but they will only ask questions to people who are innocent and responsible. They never appreciate the hardwork, they simply give some other person's name for appreciation. They reduce the manager's rating if we don't want additional work, even if we do additional work. Also, no change in ratings, micromanagement, I had submitted a medical certificate, but still my leaves are ignored, and my earned leaves are all gone i received very very less amount of F&F that you ever heard. They threatened to release me and for relieving letter. They told me to do an impossible task. Then only will I receive the relieving letter. If you are joining Genpact for US Payroll under HR Richa Wadhwa, Vishnupriya and Senior Manager Ramarao Nandiraju, Manager Neeraj Yadav, Vishnu Teja Raja and SME Shubham Gupta. These people are pure evil, so simply quit your job don't waste your time by working hard. These people chased out many people before and still doing so that they can avoid giving promotion to peoples and can save lots of money to company. This is my second innings. I had great experience for the first time but 2nd time is way beyond pathetic.

Corrupt and visionless leadership. Micromanagement. Blame shifting. They always find scapegoat to put blame of their failures. During appraisals they come up with feedback of so called client. Entire year they do not ket you know the feedback.

They take you out any time without giving any specific reason. The reason they provided me 100% RTO not completing and other person in the same team is allowed to work from home since past 4 or 5 years. HR are also taking any action over them. No work life balance few people in the team is just doing pass not even completing the working hour which they were checking through WAM. login the system in at 9 am to increase the number of working more than a genuine.one or two person are working in the team. other are making group to mentally torture you when out perform to demotivate them.
