The Genpact Management do not give importance to the retired employees of the Company, There is no long-term after retirement plan for the employees. Cause the employees working out for 10 to 20 years with full dedication to the Company and follow all the SLAs of the Climate. The Company need to have a plan for all the employees to have a better retirement plan, as we have seen more employees are getting retired before the age of 50 due to some medical issues, The Management need to take some core decisions to help the employees to have a better retirement idea. The Genpact Management should come up with some retirement plan for its employees so that the employees will be sure of there further after the retirement. The Genpact Management need to have a plan for people who lost the Job due to injury caused while being on Job in Genpact, Because not sure of the damage to the employees, if the employees are damaged due to some medical issues, the Genpact Management need to take action to help the employees by providing some financial assistance and some pension plan for the injured employees. The top Management need to take this as a priority and see that the employees who lost their jobs due to injuries caused while being on duty in company should be paid some financial assistance....Read More

Senior Management is literally diplomatic now a days & not concerned about the growth of others. No transparency any more as using employees as per their convenience. Overall rating has gone down & increment system has gone drastically. No onshore movements or visits any more.

Infact, it would be demeaning to call them Leaders, as they do not believe in nurturing people, rather they act like Bosses, micromanaging everyone and always favouring their favourite people who actually do a Yes-man job.

Work culture to mangers behavior. Basically there are several project/process. Few of them from top clients. Few Senior managers from Content Curation team and GPPRS Chandan Kumar Singh, Kumar Anjanay all of these people are very much unprofessional and they lie about project deadline, ramp up, these people will force you out of company if you are in their bad books. Managers or FLM's here are the worst few of them are Mohd Wahib, Tariq Jameel are one of the worst managers of all because they are partial and play politics with employee. These people will give chances to their favorite employees or their known people. Every IJP is rigged and candidates are already selected due to favoritism. Also, Job security is here myth projects fluctuate a lot. They will not provide you real time skills just complete your genome cards which is obsolete and outdated....Read More

There is no job security in Genpact, on my own I took an internal movement, but after joining g there and working for 7-10 days i was being told that hiring has stopped and you have to go back to your old process and later it was being told you are on bench now, then got a final letter stating that this is your last month and this will be your last day. So I don't like job security here
