Work life balance is a myth and people are expected to work post shift and weekly offs. Those who deny are considered less productive. There is a huge difference in terms of compensation as people in lower levels would also get higher package and there is no salary slab structure for different roles. It creates a lot of variance in pay. Genpact as a company needs to improve on its basic applications like raising attendance. Work culture is mostly relaxed in terms of improvement of workplace. Your career growth depends completely on your management as they have to relase you first before you can apply for IJPs.
