Its good place to work as we get to take work from home and also personally we can improve our skill sets, But for freshers its not that good to join but for experienced people is best company

Dislikes

The only cons is the in office we don't have proper infrastructure, secondly for freshers they give 2.5lac (around 17k pm)per annul which is very less compared to today's market. After one year also no much increment. so for freshers i don't prefer this. As in TCS and other companies they are paying more then 25k.

Work Details

Every thing is good except salary.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Salary growth is stagnant because of longer stay.

Friends,I am currently working as an oracle consultant, earning 23LPA . Total IT Experience 18 years. Looking to switch because I feel stagnant in salary and career growth. Updating Naukri profile does not help much. What are the other ways to approach recruiters? . Targetting to change my career path in 2025. Kindly advise .
