It was a great entry-level position. It was a collaborative atmosphere, and the team and I worked together on almost every project. Everyone's weak point was countered by another's strong point. Genpact. Words are less for Genpact. Genpact moved me from BPO to IT. I was always dreaming to work in IT department and Genpact gave me proper training and moved me from BPO to IT department.

In Genpact RST team, it feels like we are working in call center as they have a huge call flow in zoom rooms and sometimes we need to handle 5 users at a time.
