Frequent change of reporting managers just before appraisal period is the reason for slow promotions. Many left the company being in benches for more than 3 mths as projects are also very few.

This is my second innings. I had great experience for the first time but 2nd time is way beyond pathetic.
Corrupt and visionless leadership. Micromanagement. Blame shifting. They always find scapegoat to put blame of their failures. During appraisals they come up with feedback of so called client. Entire year they do not ket you know the feedback.

They take you out any time without giving any specific reason. The reason they provided me 100% RTO not completing and other person in the same team is allowed to work from home since past 4 or 5 years. HR are also taking any action over them. I give like to work culture in Genpact. There is no frustrated work in my team, if I compare with other team then yes is there in another team. Also I give like about Genpact RTO policy, there is hybrid mode but if we need do WFH for one month then there is no restriction. Also employee gain ourself knowledge and skills.
Yes, there is toxic work culture in different different scenarios but not every time. Also Genpact provided paid cab services, so this one is very disappointed to me. Cab services should be free in night shift time nor chargeable. Also there is no night shift allowance and not petrol allowance. I am doing hard work with quality but management didn't see it, so obuesly it impacts our promotion. And there is very low increment persentage....Read More
