I like the hybrid work culture as well as shift preferences as you can choose by your own. 2 ways transportation is available . There is a lots of scope for personal growth.

Senior Management is literally diplomatic now a days & not concerned about the growth of others. No transparency any more as using employees as per their convenience. Overall rating has gone down & increment system has gone drastically. No onshore movements or visits any more.

Nothing at all, they don't provide tea also for free. We need to buy it. Even food also. And you will get promotion if you do oiling and buttering to your manager.

Genpact is a good company with good environment. They not only focus on work, but also they encourage extra engaging activities and a eco friendly environment. This makes us to feel good to work and come up with new ideas which will help us to grow to the next next level very easily and joyfully.

The thing which I somewhat dislike is the office space. Because the office is slightly small when comparing to the employees strength. But now they're getting renovated to come up with extra spaces and floors.

My experience with Genpact was a mixed bag. while the organization has its strength, there are certain aspects that could use improvement. One major challenge was the lack of openness to new ideas, Even if you have innovative suggestions, there's an unspoken rule to simply follow what your boss says, which can stifle your creativity and professional growth. You don't get easily fired even if your business ramps down. You can join a new project with the help of Talent Management.

Dislikes

They don't provide increments as per markets. People ingrown will not be given good hikes vs poeple hired from outside with less experience on higher salaries disappoint in grown people with similar skills.

There are moderate growth opportunities in this Organizations.Work pressure is normal depending on your process.Hrbrid shift timings. If you have pending work, you can complete it any time before its deadlines. Sometimes organization throws parties for their employees which is privilege for us. Office is located nearby metro; that's why it is easy for us to commute.

Dislikes

Salary hike is horrible, hardly 4 to 5% annually There is not much learning. Again, it is depending on your process. Monotonous work. It will be difficult for you to acquire new skill set. Manager is not very supportive and will not guide you. You are on your own. If you try to switch your process, you might be in great trouble i.e if you don't get a new process on time, you might lose your job.

Company Culture is good but when it comes to Project part sometimes management need to be flexible. But for skill development and learning it is good.

It is about the salary and promotions. The appraisal is too low and the benefits are not much. There is no night shift compensation. Cab charges are also applicable

No knowledge training. Manager ask you questions since day 1 as he himself doesn’t know the answer. You are required to work on deathbed. Hr is corrupt, senior management is corrupt. Don’t waste your time in such a punny company. No knowledge gain. No salary increment. They will put you on bench within one year. And notice period is of three months. You are chained to death.
