Wonderful company to work at. No micro management. Good part is genome aap to upskill yourself. Management encourages you to upskill you at work.

Dislikes

No bonus and hike is minimal, health insurance is 2lakhs only, No term insurance for employees, no proper cab service, basic facilities in company is missing.

Promotions are slow and few undeserving candidates also get promotions by being under the good books of managers. Frequent change of reporting managers just before appraisal period is the reason for slow promotions. Many left the company being in benches for more than 3 mths as projects are also very few.

Abusive work culture, pressure on 2-3 people in the team, management is very abusive and not helping, extended work hours, multiple calls on personal phone for verbal abuse and micro management.

-Just 1 lakh insurance you would get ,and parents not covered, very pathetic than any CRM level 2 company.. -No night shift allowance -Paid cab for only one way -Horrible food and less options in cafeteria. A cafeteria without a single fruit juice counter for a 10 floor office -Mandate work from office -Heavy load in terms of work. You end up doing 2 people work -There is internal mandate skill development programme literally harming your career. My experience with Genpact was a mixed bag. while the organization has its strength, there are certain aspects that could use improvement. One major challenge was the lack of openness to new ideas, Even if you have innovative suggestions, there's an unspoken rule to simply follow what your boss says, which can stifle your creativity and professional growth. You don't get easily fired even if your business ramps down. You can join a new project with the help of Talent Management.

Dislikes

They don't provide increments as per markets. People ingrown will not be given good hikes vs poeple hired from outside with less experience on higher salaries disappoint in grown people with similar skills.

There are moderate growth opportunities in this Organizations.Work pressure is normal depending on your process.Hrbrid shift timings. If you have pending work, you can complete it any time before its deadlines. Sometimes organization throws parties for their employees which is privilege for us. Office is located nearby metro; that's why it is easy for us to commute.

Dislikes

Salary hike is horrible, hardly 4 to 5% annually There is not much learning. Again, it is depending on your process. Monotonous work. It will be difficult for you to acquire new skill set. Manager is not very supportive and will not guide you. You are on your own. If you try to switch your process, you might be in great trouble i.e if you don't get a new process on time, you might lose your job.

Company Culture is good but when it comes to Project part sometimes management need to be flexible. But for skill development and learning it is good.

It is about the salary and promotions. The appraisal is too low and the benefits are not much. There is no night shift compensation. Cab charges are also applicable
