There is no job security in Genpact, on my own I took an internal movement, but after joining g there and working for 7-10 days i was being told that hiring has stopped and you have to go back to your old process and later it was being told you are on bench now, then got a final letter stating that this is your last month and this will be your last day. So I don't like job security here

I gained some valuable experience during my time at Genpact, especially working on the transition project and being part of the KT and training sessions. It was a good learning opportunity.

Dislikes

There were a few challenges during my time at Genpact. The office culture didn’t quite align with what I was looking for, and the shift timings were a bit difficult to manage. I also prefer a hybrid setup for better work-life balance, but that wasn’t an option. Ultimately, I felt that the schedule and environment were starting to affect my health.

It's a great company no dought but can have to know about employees because in last 3 month my process senior manager se to bad to her employees, if any one know about what we are faceing they will throw out of office my senior manager behavior was we bad towards there employees

Office politics specially in Eaton process is at peak.They won't provide you training & embarss you if you ask them questions. They are highly insecure for outside hiring & feel a threat to their growth. Culture in the process is toxic

Genpact focus on only new hiring with minimum salary 1.2L to 2.0L , NO promotions after PD, No Recognize to sr. employees and medical support, No cab facility, No Fuel allowances , Incentive structure is like impossible to reach max, Genpact wants only new hiring after 2 years that employees is useless for them they will say simple if you want more salary you can put down your papers and leave

Senior leadership are capable and approachable always. Better Work Life Balance than Big4. Good leave policy depending upon projects you are in. Spot Award and performance based award keeps motivated. Great place to work with IT Finance Consulting field for junior professional and freshers.

I am in Genpact from last 11 month and before 1 month I was on released due to over hiring but they did not conduct any interview for me in any department and now it's my last date of release. Now I am not employee of Genpact without any reason. I also mail to senior HR but no response

Work life balanace is good and you can gails more skills because they provide you multiples course and skill development training sessions.

Not only in genpact but mnc companies dont promise for job security, even though you work dedicated that remains waste becasue people will not see anu hardwork due office politics. Please dong expect promotions they will tell you complete apprisal form but no use of it because they will not increase it for the performance you have given.

This is my second innings. I had great experience for the first time but 2nd time is way beyond pathetic.

Corrupt and visionless leadership. Micromanagement. Blame shifting. They always find scapegoat to put blame of their failures. During appraisals they come up with feedback of so called client. Entire year they do not ket you know the feedback.

They take you out any time without giving any specific reason. The reason they provided me 100% RTO not completing and other person in the same team is allowed to work from home since past 4 or 5 years. HR are also taking any action over them. No work life balance few people in the team is just doing pass not even completing the working hour which they were checking through WAM. login the system in at 9 am to increase the number of working more than a genuine.one or two person are working in the team. other are making group to mentally torture you when out perform to demotivate them.
