Senior leadership are capable and approachable always. Better Work Life Balance than Big4. Good leave policy depending upon projects you are in. Spot Award and performance based award keeps motivated. Great place to work with IT Finance Consulting field for junior professional and freshers.

I am in Genpact from last 11 month and before 1 month I was on released due to over hiring but they did not conduct any interview for me in any department and now it's my last date of release. Now I am not employee of Genpact without any reason. I also mail to senior HR but no response

Not only in genpact but mnc companies dont promise for job security, even though you work dedicated that remains waste becasue people will not see anu hardwork due office politics. Please dong expect promotions they will tell you complete apprisal form but no use of it because they will not increase it for the performance you have given.

This is my second innings. I had great experience for the first time but 2nd time is way beyond pathetic.

Corrupt and visionless leadership. Micromanagement. Blame shifting. They always find scapegoat to put blame of their failures. During appraisals they come up with feedback of so called client. Entire year they do not ket you know the feedback.

They take you out any time without giving any specific reason. The reason they provided me 100% RTO not completing and other person in the same team is allowed to work from home since past 4 or 5 years. HR are also taking any action over them. No work life balance few people in the team is just doing pass not even completing the working hour which they were checking through WAM. login the system in at 9 am to increase the number of working more than a genuine.one or two person are working in the team. other are making group to mentally torture you when out perform to demotivate them.
