Job security is so good then everybody love Genpact everybody say that "Genpact is govt job" it true

Management not good all process they are harassment work culture they not provide leaves. I was seeing the Genpact management cast system and nepotism is very highly level that no one growth and promotion easily in the Genpact salaries is very bad 😞 for me I am just started my career they not good provide me salary in 2022 but this time come new joiner salary so good and best LPA

There are large number of processes and it's an employee centric company. They have all kind of business.

Poor infrastructure, non ac cabs that too for one side only even basic amenities like tea coffee for employees is not available worst yearly hike in the market only 5-7% it's not worth it to join Genpact if you don't get wfh or hybrid

Bad hike cycle. Work will be appreciated but there isn't any reward for the same. Manager got no power over your promotion or hike and it's fixed hike formula is such that you won't get more than 7%.

Durning my period there is indoor games, there is no rest room at genpact the food cost is very high & there is no fun activities or entertainment twice a year , main point , please povide 2way cab facilities for women safety. thank you Genpact.

No proper or quick response from HR .. worst support system.. No proper project training but they expect to learn asap and get into handson. No proper facility to employees like say no proper cab facility, cafeteria food etc..

-Just 1 lakh insurance you would get ,and parents not covered, very pathetic than any CRM level 2 company.. -No night shift allowance -Paid cab for only one way -Horrible food and less options in cafeteria. A cafeteria without a single fruit juice counter for a 10 floor office -Mandate work from office -Heavy load in terms of work. You end up doing 2 people work -There is internal mandate skill development programme literally harming your career. You have your own way to do courses and certifications on your own pace but this program pulls you and your can't do anything. -Below average annual hikes -Laptops provided is messy one which is 0reviously used by 2 or 3 people. -No perks -You would get health issues...Read More

I gained some valuable experience during my time at Genpact, especially working on the transition project and being part of the KT and training sessions. It was a good learning opportunity.

There were a few challenges during my time at Genpact. The office culture didn’t quite align with what I was looking for, and the shift timings were a bit difficult to manage. I also prefer a hybrid setup for better work-life balance, but that wasn’t an option. Ultimately, I felt that the schedule and environment were starting to affect my health.

Dislikes

People on upper management playing politics ( especially who joined genpact from different company) and making life hell of junior staff. Making genpact godd to worse. They don't even bother about other's personal and professional life, carrer. They are ruining the image of genpact which was created by Pramod bhasin (EX CEO).

It's a great company no dought but can have to know about employees because in last 3 month my process senior manager se to bad to her employees, if any one know about what we are faceing they will throw out of office my senior manager behavior was we bad towards there employees

In 5 years I got 0 promotion, politics and biased environment. If your manager is good then it's good in job security, no work satisfaction as most project are bpos. Overall my exp is bad

Salary is not enough here compared to other competitor companies, forget about promotion till 3 year no matter how hard you work person who is working before you will get promotion. Here promotion is not based on hard work but other factors like favour seniority
