11 years I have worked in Genpact and grown From associate level to manager level. Worked with fine bosses and great opportunities I got during this span of time

Sometimes there are times wherein you feel less important due to lack of feedback process and Might be surprised at the time of your appraisal.

Work Details

Simply say entire journey full of learning and fun at work. Sometimes felt roller coaster ride. But overall good work culture.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
