Dislikes

1. It's a 3rd grade company calling themselves as MNC 2. Management is in human and biased. 3. They will tell you that your promotion will happen soon and years will pass. 4. There is WAM to capture your working hours which will not capture time when you are in zoom or team meeting. Rather then concentrating on meeting you need to move you mouse concontinuously. 5. RTO is mandatory for people who are not close to management. 6. No version for growth. 7. HR will never listen to you only to management. 8. There is as good as no cafeteria in any location 9.
