I like the work culture and the operations part of the Company, The training needs provided by the company is very good. The growth opportunities provided by the Company is very GOOD. Work culture is very good in Genpact..

The Genpact Management do not give importance to the retired employees of the Company, There is no long-term after retirement plan for the employees. Cause the employees working out for 10 to 20 years with full dedication to the Company and follow all the SLAs of the Climate. The Company need to have a plan for all the employees to have a better retirement plan, as we have seen more employees are getting retired before the age of 50 due to some medical issues, The Management need to take some core decisions to help the employees to have a better retirement idea. The Genpact Management should come up with some retirement plan for its employees so that the employees will be sure of there further after the retirement. The Genpact Management need to have a plan for people who lost the Job due to injury caused while being on Job in Genpact, Because not sure of the damage to the employees, if the employees are damaged due to some medical issues, the Genpact Management need to take action to help the employees by providing some financial assistance and some pension plan for the injured employees. The top Management need to take this as a priority and see that the employees who lost their jobs due to injuries caused while being on duty in company should be paid some financial assistance....Read More

Senior Management is literally diplomatic now a days & not concerned about the growth of others. No transparency any more as using employees as per their convenience. Overall rating has gone down & increment system has gone drastically. No onshore movements or visits any more.

Kudos to leadership to not let go any Employee during Covid. Lot of opportunities for professionals from fresher to Manager level grade. Great opportunity for experienceing transitions.

Lot of beurocracy, HR not trustworthy, managers does not promote cross functional support and thus limits opportunities to move from one team to another (until you are an exceptional talent)

No Cabs and travelling expenses provided and working under clinets location makes it worse. Traveling 35km self daily with one week off that too changes every week.

Id say, it is a place one would love to work with, anytime once again. Worklife balance was still good and manageable as Corona was an unexpected time for everyone of us to get tied ul to the table WFH, the first taste of work from the home. Salary is good. Promotions are pretty much decent. Can't just thank enough and I'd love to working with Genpact once again, now. Looking for an opportunity.

Poor management in the Chennai office, particularly at the VP, AVP and HR levels. Leadership lacks professionalism and integrity, leading to a negative work environment. Employees careers are being adversely affected due to ineffective and immature decision making. The management team does not demonstrate the capability to run production efficiently.
