Should I accept the offer or any other advice ?

I was working as an Associate in a medical billing company with a CTC of 3.75 LPA. I’ve received an offer from Genpact in the same field (medical billing/insurance claims) with a salary of 4.5 LPA, but the shift is from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., which is not ideal for me but I can still manage. I’m 25 and have 2 years of work experience and have been without a job for 3 months for the CAT exam (unfortunately, no hopes there). I’m really confused about what direction to take with my career. Should I accept the Genpact offer, or is it better to keep looking for other opportunities? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Transport facility is good. Genpact culture is good and cooperation with colleagues in terms of help.

Dislikes

I am happy to work here but I am eager to earn whenever college switched and get benefits in other premises. Genpact need to focus on senior employees as well in terms of appraisal.

Great company I would say in this pandamic situation Genpact provide everything. Work from home is really a good example company care about their employees safety and concerns. Salary and incentives are also provided.I completed my 12 years with the company and hope I will continue with my services in near future.
