Dislikes

There is no quality leadership. Employees are not rewarded basis efforts and no one is ready to listen the prospective of employees. No interactions with skip level makes it more worst. Distribution of work exercise is a failure of leadership as some employees have so much work that they have to extend the timings and some sit ideal but none even cares.

Work Details

There is no work life balance. Sr. Manager calls anytime and expect to work even late night.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
