1. It's a 3rd grade company calling themselves as MNC 2. Management is in human and biased. 3. They will tell you that your promotion will happen soon and years will pass. 4. There is WAM to capture your working hours which will not capture time when you are in zoom or team meeting. Rather then concentrating on meeting you need to move you mouse concontinuously. 5. RTO is mandatory for people who are not close to management. 6. No version for growth. 7. HR will never listen to you only to management. 8. There is as good as no cafeteria in any location 9. Bad culture. They play politics too much to dominate you. Actual work varies as compared to what is promised during interview. They will say something and later push you to adjust. Overall a bad company. Unethical culture.

Genpact focus on only new hiring with minimum salary 1.2L to 2.0L , NO promotions after PD, No Recognize to sr. employees and medical support, No cab facility, No Fuel allowances , Incentive structure is like impossible to reach max, Genpact wants only new hiring after 2 years that employees is useless for them they will say simple if you want more salary you can put down your papers and leave

Poor infrastructure, non ac cabs that too for one side only even basic amenities like tea coffee for employees is not available worst yearly hike in the market only 5-7% it's not worth it to join Genpact if you don't get wfh or hybrid

Nothing good in my experience. It was good in the past, but now it’s becoming **worse day by day**. I wonder how people are working even more horror than a labor, just because they are jobless and have no other option for their livelihood.

If you value your mental health and work-life balance, stay far away from this company—especially the Hafeezpet location. The work culture is absolutely suffocating. Employees are treated like laborers, with unrealistic expectations and no regard for their well-being. Management, for the most part, is incompetent and lacks basic empathy. Here Manager are like an as****ho*** know nothing than making labor exploitation They expect you to function like robots, pushing you to the edge for a shockingly low salary of just 1.9 LPA. Yes, there’s job security, but what’s the point if the work environment is toxic? People join, regret it almost immediately, and then spend their time planning their resignation. The few decent managers that exist are overshadowed by the sheer number of terrible ones. It feels less like an MNC and more like a chaotic startup where nobody knows what they’re doing, yet they expect employees to go above and beyond for peanuts. The constant micromanagement, lack of appreciation, and toxic atmosphere make this one of the worst places to work. Advice to Management: Start treating employees like humans.
