There is no scope of growth here abd everyone around are just trying to replace you plus there is no job security. They can vanish you anytime abd I don’t get it why people are stuck here for 10-15 years when they don’t offer a good pay, neither there are chances of growth and now they don’t even have job security. There is no food and only one way cab transport facility no other benefits they won't give paid leaves which are ours to take and ask a reason for every leave and ask of medical documents for each and every day of leave taken by you and Genpact deducts the Provident fund double the amount from the employees salary I say never join here otherwise you will be stuck in here and won't get growth in the life pays us even cheaper than a labour and treat us like a labour never respects our work there is no appreciation in the Genpact and yearly increment is like 7 out of 100 I hope you understand this because it's a compliance to share confidential things right!...Read More

Genpact as a company has great roots and culture. The working environment is great for juniors, since the managers try to provide a platform and offer help whenever needed. While there are many good things about Genpact, the salary structure and incremental growth structure needs to be updated to stay at par with the latest industry standards. The benefits are also not that great in comparison to other service based companies.

When I was in Genpact working environment is very good. All team member's were supportive. Genpact Management is always best. Also they provide the cab facilities for employees.

1 side cab only without ac and it provide shuttle from 1 side from metro station in summers shuttle that also do not have ac and the process was not at good totally biased they had hired candidate just for firing them on basis of gender if she is a female they will put you on bench and ask to leave after 3 months. No job security in this.

For young generation Genpact is best platform for skill development, it used to provide Graduate degree from reputed institute, I think that has been suspended now. but still through their Genome platform its very good for young ones to skill up

Shockingly, Islamophobia is real at Genpact !!! From junior colleagues to senior leadership, most are plagued by the virus of Islamophobia. Abusing Muslim colleague and generalizing Islam using derogatory names are common practices. I had to quit this company due to such toxic culture which evolved lately. I was shocked to see manager, deep inside was filled with such hate for other community that it impacted me deeply, couple of time I confronted but everytime it cost me. Promotions are not tied up to performance rather it's tied up to tenure. Very low CTC compared to industry avg. Even after highest rating, you will end up with single digit increament.

You don't get easily fired even if your business ramps down. You can join a new project with the help of Talent Management.

Dislikes

They don't provide increments as per markets. People ingrown will not be given good hikes vs poeple hired from outside with less experience on higher salaries disappoint in grown people with similar skills.

There are moderate growth opportunities in this Organizations.Work pressure is normal depending on your process.Hrbrid shift timings. If you have pending work, you can complete it any time before its deadlines. Sometimes organization throws parties for their employees which is privilege for us. Office is located nearby metro; that's why it is easy for us to commute.

Dislikes

Salary hike is horrible, hardly 4 to 5% annually There is not much learning. Again, it is depending on your process. Monotonous work. It will be difficult for you to acquire new skill set. Manager is not very supportive and will not guide you. You are on your own. If you try to switch your process, you might be in great trouble i.e if you don't get a new process on time, you might lose your job.
