Management not good all process they are harassment work culture they not provide leaves. I was seeing the Genpact management cast system and nepotism is very highly level that no one growth and promotion easily in the Genpact salaries is very bad 😞 for me I am just started my career they not good provide me salary in 2022 but this time come new joiner salary so good and best LPA

Everything, the management is very poor, there is no such thing as HR. Every one will boss you in the office. they have some stupid work system. Such a pathetic organisation. No control over there people. Total dictatorship by the upper management. They torture the employee.

Worst company no proper hr and there is no take respect and give respect policy if anyone joined before they will disrespect you. Teamleader alsi support them. Need to work 10 hours in a day. Company will give ML but teamlead won't approve ML even if you have medical certificates. They will tell need to do weekoff swap. There are large number of processes and it's an employee centric company. They have all kind of business.

Poor infrastructure, non ac cabs that too for one side only even basic amenities like tea coffee for employees is not available worst yearly hike in the market only 5-7% it's not worth it to join Genpact if you don't get wfh or hybrid

I am in Genpact from last 11 month and before 1 month I was on released due to over hiring but they did not conduct any interview for me in any department and now it's my last date of release. Now I am not employee of Genpact without any reason. I also mail to senior HR but no response

Not only in genpact but mnc companies dont promise for job security, even though you work dedicated that remains waste becasue people will not see anu hardwork due office politics. Please dong expect promotions they will tell you complete apprisal form but no use of it because they will not increase it for the performance you have given.

This is my second innings. I had great experience for the first time but 2nd time is way beyond pathetic.

Corrupt and visionless leadership. Micromanagement. Blame shifting. They always find scapegoat to put blame of their failures. During appraisals they come up with feedback of so called client. Entire year they do not ket you know the feedback.

They take you out any time without giving any specific reason. The reason they provided me 100% RTO not completing and other person in the same team is allowed to work from home since past 4 or 5 years. HR are also taking any action over them. No work life balance few people in the team is just doing pass not even completing the working hour which they were checking through WAM. login the system in at 9 am to increase the number of working more than a genuine.one or two person are working in the team. other are making group to mentally torture you when out perform to demotivate them.
