Job security is so good then everybody love Genpact everybody say that "Genpact is govt job" it true

Management not good all process they are harassment work culture they not provide leaves. I was seeing the Genpact management cast system and nepotism is very highly level that no one growth and promotion easily in the Genpact salaries is very bad 😞 for me I am just started my career they not good provide me salary in 2022 but this time come new joiner salary so good and best LPA

Poor infrastructure, non ac cabs that too for one side only even basic amenities like tea coffee for employees is not available worst yearly hike in the market only 5-7% it's not worth it to join Genpact if you don't get wfh or hybrid

Bad hike cycle. Work will be appreciated but there isn't any reward for the same. Manager got no power over your promotion or hike and it's fixed hike formula is such that you won't get more than 7%.

- Improper management of new joiners. They won't give you any information about the company. You would have to figure it out yoirself. - The managers are weird and egoistic. They would take actions out of aggression and not because they want you to do better as an employee. - The safety is a joke. Transpost team emails you manager the next day if you did not press safereach after off boarding. Something could happen to you and no one would know. - You have to work 7 days just because your managers don't care about the warning signs of queue overflowing....Read More

While the company had positive aspects, certain practices and conditions raised concerns: Transportation Limitations: The provision of one-sided pickup without drop-off facilities created significant logistical challenges, especially for employees working late shifts. This often left employees without a reliable way to return home safely after work. Restricted Access to Personal Devices: The policy prohibiting personal phones in the workplace limited communication opportunities and posed challenges in emergency situations, where being reachable was crucial. Food and Canteen Services: The canteen facilities were not operational during night shifts, despite clear recognition that many employees worked during those hours. This lack of support for staff working late may have affected employee morale and well-being. High-Pressure Environment: Employees frequently experienced pressure to meet cold-calling targets, sometimes receiving calls from team leaders during lunch breaks, which disrupted personal time and contributed to stress. Management Practices: There was a noticeable gap in the technical competence of some team leaders, specifically regarding essential tools such as Gmail and Microsoft Teams. This lack of knowledge hindered effective communication and operational efficiency. Inflexibility Regarding Attendance: Instances arose where genuine reasons for absence, such as road reconstruction in my area or personal illness, were not adequately understood or accepted by team leaders. This led to undue pressure to report to the office without consideration of circumstances beyond my control. Unprofessional Conduct: I experienced a lack of professional support from management during my probation period. For example, when I was severely ill and unable to attend work, I was not only asked for medical proof but was also threatened with salary deductions. After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. I gained some valuable experience during my time at Genpact, especially working on the transition project and being part of the KT and training sessions. It was a good learning opportunity.

Dislikes

There were a few challenges during my time at Genpact. The office culture didn’t quite align with what I was looking for, and the shift timings were a bit difficult to manage. I also prefer a hybrid setup for better work-life balance, but that wasn’t an option. Ultimately, I felt that the schedule and environment were starting to affect my health.

People on upper management playing politics ( especially who joined genpact from different company) and making life hell of junior staff. Making genpact godd to worse. They don't even bother about other's personal and professional life, carrer. They are ruining the image of genpact which was created by Pramod bhasin (EX CEO).

Salary is not enough here compared to other competitor companies, forget about promotion till 3 year no matter how hard you work person who is working before you will get promotion. Here promotion is not based on hard work but other factors like favour seniority
