Senior Management is literally diplomatic now a days & not concerned about the growth of others. No transparency any more as using employees as per their convenience. Overall rating has gone down & increment system has gone drastically. No onshore movements or visits any more.

Genpact is a great company to begin your career. There is one side cab facility but that is also chargeable at a nominal rate. 3 days working from office. You may get enough rewards and due promotions if you are deserving.

Dislikes

No extra benefits and perks you may get. Company doesn't spend on its employees. No bigger celebrations. You may not receive required support from HR post resuming work from Maternity leave. One has to try at their end to look for an opportunity.

Kudos to leadership to not let go any Employee during Covid. Lot of opportunities for professionals from fresher to Manager level grade. Great opportunity for experienceing transitions.

Dislikes

Lot of beurocracy, HR not trustworthy, managers does not promote cross functional support and thus limits opportunities to move from one team to another (until you are an exceptional talent)

Nothing is right in Genpact. Genpact is a world’s biggest Lala company in corporate/MNC’s. Why not choice Genpact. Employee Policies: there is no policy for employees rights and favour. All policies are designed only for employer prospective. Operation and Leadership: Entire Genpact operation Senior Management and Leadership not supportive to employment. They always lying and creating demotivation. Because of it quality people’s loss hope and confidence. There is nothing to like in this company no work-life balance, they treat you like a slave post working 13/14 hours a day they will spoil your weekend as well. There is no incentive plan above MT as they also deserve this due to working in an IC role and managing the teams as well with no direct reporting, like working as an SME without incentives. It was good experience but the thing is when you are working hard and not getting appreciated and other people do politics for you then it's really tough to work there.

The management is not good when you work hard and best they never appreciate those people and they appreciate only those people who follow there orders and working for them but the person who is giving his complete dedication he is not able to get any support for future and not get any support for promotion as well. That's why I am not happy when I have spend my 2 years there.

For younger generation Genpact is best organization for skill development, It used to provide graduate degree from reputed institute , I think that has been suspended now. But still through their Genome platform Genpact offers up to date courses and training which young generation can benefit.

Shockingly, Islamophobia is real at Genpact!!! Office politics have ruined this company's reputation. From junior colleagues to senior leadership, most the plagued by the virus of Islamophobia. Abusing name calling Muslim colleague and generalizing Islam using derogatory names are common practices at Genpact. I had to quit this company due to such toxic culture which evolved over the time. I was shocked to see manager, deep inside was filled with such hate for other community that it impacted me deeply, couple of times I confronted but every time it cost me. There is NO point escalating a complaint to seniors or HR as these people back each others- Business matters.
