Job security will be there and work environment is good

Dislikes

Project allocation will not be done on time and managers won’t help if you want to change your project. When you dropped the paper, then they will come and say they will move. But by that time we loose hopes on the project.

Salary growth is stagnant because of longer stay.

Friends,I am currently working as an oracle consultant, earning 23LPA . Total IT Experience 18 years. Looking to switch because I feel stagnant in salary and career growth. Updating Naukri profile does not help much. What are the other ways to approach recruiters? . Targetting to change my career path in 2025. Kindly advise .
