All policies are designed only for employer prospective. Operation and Leadership: Entire Genpact operation Senior Management and Leadership not supportive to employment. They always lying and creating demotivation. Because of it quality people’s loss hope and confidence. Genpact focus on only new hiring with minimum salary 1.2L to 2.0L , NO promotions after PD, No Recognize to sr. employees and medical support, No cab facility, No Fuel allowances , Incentive structure is like impossible to reach max, Genpact wants only new hiring after 2 years that employees is useless for them they will say simple if you want more salary you can put down your papers and leave
