For the one who are on payroll of genpact the security for the job is good if any process shutdown they will find a new for you and settle you down but for the one who are apprentice? I saw some apprentice lost their job in covid situation. Work culture is good i believe we make the work culture good. Lots of fun activities and contests but boring too there isnt anything like a football championship table tennis matches or a cricket match. Not so exciting activities. Every process have a different management some are very strict on rules some are not my experience is going very good as the management is pretty much nice with everyone leaders are friendly and down to earth but one thing i don't like in managers is they will appreciate you for the awards and incentives you earned but they will not value the work you do or will not give the importance to the work you do . You are doing something for them this is everything for them but they Actually dont know that what you actually do in your work seriously.company policies are good as far as i know....Read More

One thing i dont like in managers is that they will not give importance to your work they will not valued your work they even dont know what you actually do in your daily day to day activities just you ate doing and work is going smooth no escalation? That all for them. And instead of giving importance and appreciating the work youdo they will say that you are earning very high incentive or getting awards and trying to cream on you by saying these lines lol haha.
