Working culture is really genuine apart from some basic different things.We have heard statements such as genpact is for genpact people only that's not the correct statement. I have given the proper interview got selected worked hard and smart. Regards

Salary growth is stagnant because of longer stay.

Friends,I am currently working as an oracle consultant, earning 23LPA . Total IT Experience 18 years. Looking to switch because I feel stagnant in salary and career growth. Updating Naukri profile does not help much. What are the other ways to approach recruiters? . Targetting to change my career path in 2025. Kindly advise .
