1. Working with people what are as frustrating as you are. 2. You will make friends who can help you find a another job.

1. It's a 3rd grade company calling themselves as MNC 2. Management is in human and biased. 3. They will tell you that your promotion will happen soon and years will pass. 4. There is WAM to capture your working hours which will not capture time when you are in zoom or team meeting. Rather then concentrating on meeting you need to move you mouse concontinuously. 5. RTO is mandatory for people who are not close to management. 6. No version for growth. 7. HR will never listen to you only to management. 8. There is as good as no cafeteria in any location 9. They give 10% variable which is lesser as compared to many companies. HR policies are ok.

Bad culture. They play politics too much to dominate you. Actual work varies as compared to what is promised during interview. They will say something and later push you to adjust. Overall a bad company. Unethical culture.

People on upper management playing politics ( especially who joined genpact from different company) and making life hell of junior staff. Making genpact godd to worse. They don't even bother about other's personal and professional life, carrer. They are ruining the image of genpact which was created by Pramod bhasin (EX CEO).

In 5 years I got 0 promotion, politics and biased environment. If your manager is good then it's good in job security, no work satisfaction as most project are bpos. Overall my exp is bad

Salary is not enough here compared to other competitor companies, forget about promotion till 3 year no matter how hard you work person who is working before you will get promotion. Here promotion is not based on hard work but other factors like favour seniority

Management not good all process they are harassment work culture they not provide leaves. I was seeing the Genpact management cast system and nepotism is very highly level that no one growth and promotion easily in the Genpact salaries is very bad 😞 for me I am just started my career they not good provide me salary in 2022 but this time come new joiner salary so good and best LPA
