1. It's a 3rd grade company calling themselves as MNC 2. Management is in human and biased. 3. They will tell you that your promotion will happen soon and years will pass. 4. There is WAM to capture your working hours which will not capture time when you are in zoom or team meeting. Rather then concentrating on meeting you need to move you mouse concontinuously. 5. RTO is mandatory for people who are not close to management. 6. No version for growth. 7. HR will never listen to you only to management. 8. There is as good as no cafeteria in any location 9. Training is not proper, people are not give you respect special your team leader, they give you respect only if they hire you. No time for family. Work timing is always stressed without any reason. If you raise voice no one is taking stand. If you give your 100% but in return you are not getting 10%.
