No Cabs and travelling expenses provided and working under clinets location makes it worse. Traveling 35km self daily with one week off that too changes every week.

Work culture to mangers behavior. Basically there are several project/process. Few of them from top clients. Few Senior managers from Content Curation team and GPPRS Chandan Kumar Singh, Kumar Anjanay all of these people are very much unprofessional and they lie about project deadline, ramp up, these people will force you out of company if you are in their bad books. Managers or FLM's here are the worst few of them are Mohd Wahib, Tariq Jameel are one of the worst managers of all because they are partial and play politics with employee. These people will give chances to their favorite employees or their known people. Every IJP is rigged and candidates are already selected due to favoritism. Not only in genpact but mnc companies dont promise for job security, even though you work dedicated that remains waste becasue people will not see anu hardwork due office politics. Please dong expect promotions they will tell you complete apprisal form but no use of it because they will not increase it for the performance you have given.

This is my second innings. I had great experience for the first time but 2nd time is way beyond pathetic.

Corrupt and visionless leadership. Micromanagement. Blame shifting. They always find scapegoat to put blame of their failures. During appraisals they come up with feedback of so called client. Entire year they do not ket you know the feedback.

The reason they provided me 100% RTO not completing and other person in the same team is allowed to work from home since past 4 or 5 years. HR are also taking any action over them. I give like to work culture in Genpact. There is no frustrated work in my team, if I compare with other team then yes is there in another team. Also I give like about Genpact RTO policy, there is hybrid mode but if we need do WFH for one month then there is no restriction. Also employee gain ourself knowledge and skills.

Yes, there is toxic work culture in different different scenarios but not every time. Also Genpact provided paid cab services, so this one is very disappointed to me. Cab services should be free in night shift time nor chargeable. Also there is no night shift allowance and not petrol allowance.
