I give like to work culture in Genpact. There is no frustrated work in my team, if I compare with other team then yes is there in another team. Also I give like about Genpact RTO policy, there is hybrid mode but if we need do WFH for one month then there is no restriction. Also employee gain ourself knowledge and skills.

Dislikes

Yes, there is toxic work culture in different different scenarios but not every time. Also Genpact provided paid cab services, so this one is very disappointed to me. Cab services should be free in night shift time nor chargeable. Also there is no night shift allowance and not petrol allowance. Poor infrastructure, non ac cabs that too for one side only even basic amenities like tea coffee for employees is not available worst yearly hike in the market only 5-7% it's not worth it to join Genpact if you don't get wfh or hybrid

Nothing is right in Genpact. Genpact is a world’s biggest Lala company in corporate/MNC’s. Why not choice Genpact. Employee Policies: there is no policy for employees rights and favour. All policies are designed only for employer prospective. Operation and Leadership: Entire Genpact operation Senior Management and Leadership not supportive to employment. It was good experience but the thing is when you are working hard and not getting appreciated and other people do politics for you then it's really tough to work there.

The management is not good when you work hard and best they never appreciate those people and they appreciate only those people who follow there orders and working for them but the person who is giving his complete dedication he is not able to get any support for future and not get any support for promotion as well. That's why I am not happy when I have spend my 2 years there.

Your job is secure till the time you are tagged to a process. Once you are in redeployment, no one will hire you internally if you have more than two years experience.

Having resources available on bench, Genpact hires new resources from outside and relieve existing resources just because no other project on board them.

I simply liked all of their acting performances while working in Genpact.

I completely disliked working there because of poor work-life balance, politics, senior employees always give all their work to me, and some of the seniors don't even send any emails per day. They still escape from management, but they will only ask questions to people who are innocent and responsible. They never appreciate the hardwork, they simply give some other person's name for appreciation. They reduce the manager's rating if we don't want additional work, even if we do additional work. Also, no change in ratings, micromanagement, I had submitted a medical certificate, but still my leaves are ignored, and my earned leaves are all gone i received very very less amount of F&F that you ever heard. They threatened to release me and for relieving letter. They told me to do an impossible task. Then only will I receive the relieving letter. If you are joining Genpact for US Payroll under HR Richa Wadhwa, Vishnupriya and Senior Manager Ramarao Nandiraju, Manager Neeraj Yadav, Vishnu Teja Raja and SME Shubham Gupta. These people are pure evil, so simply quit your job don't waste your time by working hard. These people chased out many people before and still doing so that they can avoid giving promotion to peoples and can save lots of money to company. Corrupt and visionless leadership. Micromanagement. Blame shifting. They always find scapegoat to put blame of their failures. During appraisals they come up with feedback of so called client. Entire year they do not ket you know the feedback.
