Bad hike cycle. Work will be appreciated but there isn't any reward for the same. Manager got no power over your promotion or hike and it's fixed hike formula is such that you won't get more than 7%.

Wonderful company to work at. No micro management. Good part is genome aap to upskill yourself. Management encourages you to upskill you at work.

No bonus and hike is minimal, health insurance is 2lakhs only, No term insurance for employees, no proper cab service, basic facilities in company is missing.

Promotions are slow and few undeserving candidates also get promotions by being under the good books of managers. Frequent change of reporting managers just before appraisal period is the reason for slow promotions. Many left the company being in benches for more than 3 mths as projects are also very few.

Actually my manager is make my movement and after that I got selected in many process but they will not hired me after the shortlisted because my manager is responsible for feedback I don’t know what the feedback he givend and this thing happened and then I have to sign my money resign letter after my bench period is over

Training is not proper, people are not give you respect special your team leader, they give you respect only if they hire you. No time for family. Work timing is always stressed without any reason. If you raise voice no one is taking stand. If you give your 100% but in return you are not getting 10%.
