She did not take any stand and action against people who are doing non compliance when I joined by seeing Genpact name but in collection manager senior manager no one talking care due to this honest people left the job

If we talk about dislikes, then there is nothing disliked. There is just a small problem inside the stomach that if we are talking about transport then there is a little issue in transport. Otherwise everything is ok.There should be a good increment so that every employee can live his life well. The way things are getting expensive, the way people have medical issues, etc.
