It's been almost 8 years working with Genpact and honestly speaking, I love this company for giving me more opprtunity to learn and grow in my professional career. I got the opportunity to travel onsite, Dallas, Tesax US on a new transituin process. Genpact has client based to different geographical location which gives you an opportunity to learn different cultural from across the world. Dislikes

The only thing I personally don't like about the compensation increment policy. Every organisation may have their own policies, but after working 8 years I feel a bit low about the compensation. Apart from increments you will not find any negative thing to talk about this company.

Work Details

I take care of Accounts Payable department for one of our US clients. I am responsible to handle end to end Accounts Payable activity.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
