Thw company culture is good. For freshers it's great opportunity to learn industrial skills and gain Profesionnal as well as ethical knowlledge

Wonderful company to work at. No micro management. Good part is genome aap to upskill yourself. Management encourages you to upskill you at work.

Dislikes

No bonus and hike is minimal, health insurance is 2lakhs only, No term insurance for employees, no proper cab service, basic facilities in company is missing.

Promotions are slow and few undeserving candidates also get promotions by being under the good books of managers. Frequent change of reporting managers just before appraisal period is the reason for slow promotions. Many left the company being in benches for more than 3 mths as projects are also very few.

-Just 1 lakh insurance you would get ,and parents not covered, very pathetic than any CRM level 2 company.. -No night shift allowance -Paid cab for only one way -Horrible food and less options in cafeteria. A cafeteria without a single fruit juice counter for a 10 floor office -Mandate work from office -Heavy load in terms of work. You end up doing 2 people work -There is internal mandate skill development programme literally harming your career.
