Being a Bpo sector, it has at many stages lost its respect from its own deserving good employees. Management has no ethics, works on unethical ground and has no rule for integrity. Intergreity policy is made just for name sake. Rules are tampered under the nose of management. Worst management ever experienced, zero training motivations, they will demean you at all stage. Work here for money not for career making. Lot of people issues created by managers within every process almost, no neutral ground rules to deal with such situations. No learning environment. Lot of legal ombudsman complaints by employess against HR and management, cases settled without actions. U cannot voice out any wrong doings as they will refrain you. My advice just work for money for a few years and get a good career in captive sector....Read More
