Genpact is a good company and learned a lot here.

Dislikes

What I don't like is that here, the employees are not getting their rights like they are not allowed our monthly holiday which is given by the company or we are being made to work even on weekends or even on national holidays. (eg holi, diwali, raksha bhandan, republic day, gandhi jayanti, etc). The manager behaves rudely with everyone. Other employees are also not satisfied.
