Its best for bpo beginers..who are starting their first job. They won't give you OT amount any way...no fixed shifts..in genisys there are so many clients in that i worked for Asian paints..in that therrible hardwork no recognisation..no work satisfaction.... They use who are seniors they always do hardwork..work pressure is on only senoirs like extending at month ends...

I experienced for only one client So i can share about my client...remaing clients better i think than us.. In APL process.. No OT amount given, for seniore have much working pressure... One teamlead manager pradeep is there, he is very nasty one... They wont understand your problems like extending work... They won't intimate before..
