My colleagues are very supportive to me in this situation. Even though in working from home also they keep motivating me to overcome with if I am facing the negative situation. feeling so blessed to work with them. Even CEO and Manager also treat us like a friends and keep supporting us at every time.

I've been getting more interview calls recently, and after months of silence., it’s a relief! Things are looking better out there. Keep building your skills and applying, guys. Patience does pay off! The head of sales is horrible. Doesn't provide any training of substance and is very arrogant. She has bullying tendencies. This company could have just told me that i lack the skills. Why was i needed to leave my hometown to work here??? just to be lied to and told i was going to my hometown for selling stuff. In reality, these founder guys were planning to fire me. Once i got in the train, they deleted the work email. Then they made excuses for 3 days that the email is going to be fixed. They were not sending me to sell stuff, they instead fired me. Then fired me. This was very unprofessional and cheap behaviour. Worked here for a month, trust me 99% of companies are better than this one. This company falls in the list of “name and shame” companies. Avoid this company like the plague. Protect your mental health and run far away from this company. This company and the head of sales will mentally harass you....Read More

Only few people are working there.Less than 7 people.

Dislikes

Not giving proper training.Fire you without any reasons and refuse to pay the salary.
