Very terrible work culture. Teachers are threatened to accomplish tasks other than academics. Teachers are compelled to stay after 4 pm in case their work remains incomplete. Beyond 1.5 CL per month all unapproved leaves. One unapproved leave means salary deduction of 1.5 day. Subject wise target for toppers in board exams is cent percent.
