It is good organization for freshers as it is a small ngo where you can learn multiple things simultaneously.

Dislikes

There is no work culture, policies are changed on daily basis as per the need of organization. No job satisfaction

I was handaling a project of livelihood but apart from it i was also engaged in other work like organize training, develop projects, documentation and other office work

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
