Company is very good for improve knowledge,Learn all chemical , machanical, technical term. Good to learn lot of things. Learn all industrial term practical knowledge from this industry. But some of the engineer from chips plant of company are political , unrespectable nature, helpless people decision and nature selfish to workthey can't share their knowledge to fresh people. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
