No appraisal, they give more salary for new joinees and for experienced candidate they give less. If we ask for hike, they say you need to show performance like 100 leads per day and then you will get the hike. They dont even give work from home in case of emergency like health issue.

It's my 1st job and the overall atmosphere was excellent and very friendly and co ordinating.. Very happy to work with Galaxy and the fantastic experience..
