this is overall a very good experience working here.The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technologies. I get to know about many things regarding computer.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
