I was given my best they where happy with my work too managers are also good and supportive, however I was fired from the company on basis of (you are not a permanent employee and you will leave the company after a year) and get fired after 3-4 months.

I like G3 fashion (Ghodod rd) because of friendly atmosphere even sir too take care of his employees like a family.

Dislikes

I completed 8 months successfully at G3 fashion so no comment on dislike

Work Details

Currently I provide service as a SMO at G3 fashion and apart from my work I learn always new things so here is a chance to make growth of yourself too

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
