The while under lockdown period they had salary given after deduction of 20%. But now they decided to give Salary will be relese only after achieve the target base. If you are not achieve 100%. There will be no salary. This is is very disgusting in this worse situation. The didn't relase 3month expense also not release. Very pathetic company. Not any employee care expect.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
