Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. People with no talent are identified as Vice President and CEO. They do know the basic manners and they never treat another human being as a human. They think they know everything although others know more than them. They are afraid to appreciate the good work done by the employee because they dont want to see anyone grow. Close this company. Spoiling the lives of the people working there. 98% of the employees absconded because they didn't have any choice other than to abscond. Threatening people by not paying salaries. If an employee sends a resignation letter they don't respond and when he tries to reach HR they will say they will discuss it and will not reply to them for the next two months finally they will ask the employee to work for two more months if he wants to get released and to release the salary. Finally, after the fourth month, the employees are released and will be informed to wait for 45 days to get their papers and pending salary but after 45 days when the employee reaches them, they again say to wait for one more week and release only their papers but not the salary....Read More
