It’s a great platform for young people to start their career as learning opportunities are really high in case you really want to learn. The only issue is when their is a talk about the promotions ., you have to ensure that the senior managment promote you and can justify your talent in front of other senior mangment so that you could get promotions ,. I believe their should be some kind of employee review system so that the management identify exactly who is eligible for promotions then the management should direct contact to the employee if he is eligible or not and then based on the talk between mangment and employees it should be decided if the one should get promoted or not....Read More
