A Company which took the initiative of giving WFH to all its employees during the COVID pandemic, where on the otherhand all the other companies were debating on the same. People have a tendency to say anything and everything for the Employer but they forget to check their own selves. I don't think you can blame someone for the things you yourself invitied firsthand. I am about to complete my 2nd year working in this company and never have I ever felt like discriminative or partial environment. A good company is made and recognized by their employees and in return the Employees are provided with a Luxury of Good Salary, Adaptive environment, flexible timings and what not. So when you raise a finger to the Company you once used to work for I think you are only putting a BIG ❓ on your Integrity, Commitment and Loyalty too. Very bad work culture, Hr behavior is so rude. She act like the owner of the organization. They have very bad internal politics which impact on the employee's career. One of the major concern is, there is no fix time for salary credit.

Only one like because Tea is always on time.

Poor management, no career growth, worst HR policy(bond for 1 year or more then that, after increment again a new bond) , lots of politics, high workload, salary never on time, no job security. Lack of diversity and inclusivity. Worst experience ever!!!
