Work life balance is very good in Fujitsu you don’t have to login other than office hours to complete the day’s work.

Things are some thing i dislike about Fujitsu is the HR are very bad they don’t call you. even they don’t pickup your phone you have to call them whole day just to pickup one time. I didn't found anything for dislike but one think needs to be improved " The plugged point should be on the top on workstation which is currently below on the workstation. It's very difficult to plug the laptop charger daily basis. It's my suggestion.

They have a very bad work culture where managers impose crazy school like rules. Literally the shift duration is for 9 hours and even if you have no work, you need to be online and the team manager monitors your online presence. Even if you’re the solo contributor to the team, it doesn’t matter. For them your presence online matters. No projects. Just simply they hire and keep you on bench for so long period and they will say u should resign because ur on bench for long period. For fresher its waste to join on this company. No work nothing simply they ask you to resign. My suggestion is not to join in this company.

He demanding money for promotion if rejected then he raise pip. Good peoples are in the work Environment. But, if you are working in south India & your reporting managers ae in north, please leave the company asap to avoid job security.

1.Reporting EM & SDM in north then south side peoples are targeted. 2.No good projects in hand, all need to work temporary for 3-6 month project or shared service. 3.Very worst SDM's are in upper management and they blame others for small issues and its affects your appraisal rating. The work culture is good. We get lot new technologies to learn. The hybrid shift and project wise and their work hours pay out is great.

HR and managers are difficult to deal with. Manager traps employees throughout the year and compromises individual's performance so that HR can make the employee forcefully resign. All productivity gets wasted due to office politics.
