Sorry to write like this but I have to give genuine feedback for further new joiners, it should not happen for new joiners in feature. I have joined as a trainee and put me into Japan language training. We are new to Japan language and Faild N5 level in first attempt. Before getting results HR informed like we will terminate before getting results itself. In aggreement they haven't mention any point we will terminate in traning duration if performance is not good but they terminated us and they haven't given any experience letter for that duration. HR communication is very poor , when we ask for experience letter they are saying we can't give. Please consider my feedback and take this point to higher authorities. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
