Despite having a brilliant work culture the fact that an individual gets so much visibility with what is happening within/outside the company helps an individual gather so much information with regards to various domains of the organisation that helps one in becoming a true champion. Kudos to the higher management for maintaining the same culture since inception to a 1000 employee workforce.
