If one wants to learn something on his/her own then it is perfect. No stricts rules or regulations.. liberty to learn and express.. head of the company is very gud person..

Dislikes

Sometimes there is partiality with the employees by the manager and the branches as well... Don't give equal respect to all... Listen to some but ignore the others.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
